Barrett's Garden Center - Columbia MS

Wonderful visit today. Got some great deals on beautiful well established plants. Azaleas were on sale for half price but I got a better deal than that. I also purchased a gorgeous well potted Geranium in a clay pot for $39.95. We got one more unidentified hanging plant for $25. Spent $96.00 altogether for these four plants but they will make my yard and porch look like a million bucks!!

I would give zero stars if I could!!! The owner has terrible customer service and no etiquette. I’ve experienced this in the shop itself, but I grossly experienced it during a drop off of funeral flowers. The owner of this shop thought I was a cleaning lady of the church where she was dropping flowers off to for a funeral. She repeatedly made derogatory, demeaning comments to me - not realizing I was a friend of the family and there to get things in order. Once she left the church, the other florists (from different shops) apologized on her behalf for the fact that she acted so degrading and unprofessional, gossiping about the family, the church, etc. I think this is what you get when you deal with country bumpkins. If anyone says they’ve never had an issue with her, good for you. Not my experience at all and would 10/10 not recommend.

Good selection, healthy well-kept plants. Better than anything in Hattiesburg! Will be returning. The owner/manager was very kind and helpful - also knowledgeable about her plants. I came home with 4 new friends and some nice pots.

Beautiful flowers!! This is where I get my hanging baskets, mums and much more!! Traci and her employees are very interested in making sure you are happy with your purchase and are willing to give helpful advice/information!!
