Berridge Nurseries - Phoenix AZ

I just found this place today and all I can say is WOW!! If you love plants (any kind) you HAVE to visit this place. They have all kinds of outdoor plants including hard to find veggies and fruits, but the real magic in my opinion is all the tropical and succulent plants they have. My jaw was open the entire time browsing around. I need more shelves before returning to get more plants.. I'm going to end up spending so much money here, it's scary... (tho their prices are very reasonable, I'm just going to buy a lot lol).

This is a beautiful nursery. It is a pretty big size, they’ve got everything you need from indoor to outdoor plants, to pots and soil, and everything in between. The plant departments are nicely organized and the employees are available to help anytime. It’s a very chill, laid-back environment that makes shopping for plants and stuff much more relaxing.

Sad to say but I won’t be returning here and I will recommend others not to buy from here. In the past I’ve had good experiences with this nursery and the product has been beautiful. But I bought snap dragons and petunias from here two and a half weeks ago and I noticed the snap dragons have not done well and now the petunias are suffering too. Half the plants I put at my mothers house and the snap dragons are suffering the same problem and look terrible! I called and told the person who answered about the fact my newly planted flowers are struggling due to holes in them and pulling off caterpillars off multiple plants. The older lady employee there who answered said I need to go buy a product to kill them. I asked if she offered any reimbursement or providing the worm killer as a courtesy since I just bought them. She said no, and said I could bring them back and they would refund half the value. Other than that she said that’s too bad. This is all quite sad due to the higher prices you pay for better Nursery product but to only find the better product is completely infested and you’ll have to pay more on top or get half your value back. Seems like they don’t care enough because all these plants should have been sprayed to begin with. At least Home Depot and Lowe’s will give a full refund. I’m Very disappointed and would not recommend sadly!

The staff was super helpful. I found a cute roadrunner friend and a fun little pot with colorful birds. The staff helped me pick out a low light plant that's non toxic to cats. Very happy all around

By far our favorite nursery in metro Phoenix. The staff are happy to assist you. There are many unique plants here. If you are just looking for ideas, then come spend an hour walking around the nursery and you will find many. Berridge is just the best. They are one of the few places you can find "Lady Banks" climbing roses. They have both white and yellow. So, if you are putting up a trellis or arch and want it covered in roses then you'll want to checkout the "Lady Banks" varietal at Berridge Nursery. The Christmas shop is open from mid November to mid January. It's actually fantastic, with a broad variety of Christmas decorations.
