Brock Farms Home & Garden World - Colts Neck NJ

We recently spent over $300 at Brock’s Farms, including purchasing a large palm tree. While the selection was great, the customer service left a lot to be desired. It was like pulling teeth to get assistance. When my husband asked for help, the employee he approached kept going around asking other employees to help us while they stood around laughing, rather than simply assisting us directly. After making a fairly large purchase, we were also surprised that no one offered to help carry or load the palm tree into our vehicle. The products themselves were nice, which is why I’m giving three stars, but the level of customer service did not match the amount we spent. A little more attentiveness and willingness to help customers would go a long way.

This home and garden market is well stocked. Has many extras like fish, cement statuary and other supplies. Large amounts of Halloween and Christmas decorations in season. Not far from box store prices. Plenty of staff to help.

I've been going to Brock's Farms Home & Garden Work in Colts Neck for about 2 years now and I'm absolutely addicted. I've gone to other farms/nurseries but have found Brock to be the absolute best overall. The variety and quality of plants is amazing and the prices are very reasonable. Everything has a detailed label but excellent help is never hard to find. The customer service is unrivaled with employees who are friendly yet professional, helpful and knowledgeable.

Discovered Brock Farms while searching for NATIVE aquatics for my wildlife pond. There are other places in the area with pond plants, but the selection is smaller and they are more focused on "asthetics" as opposed to creating a diverse and healthy pond ecosystem. I was very pleased with their selection and enjoyed chatting with aquatics expert Stephanie. She is so knowledgeable and helpful and I will definitely be coming back!

Brock’s has a surprising large variety of herbs and flowers for the size of nursery. Employees are EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable; don’t be afraid to ask or take them up on an offer to help you find what you need. Everything is well stocked, neat, and well taken care of. It’s always a treat to just walk around and enjoy the natural beauty. Flowers are super colorful, organized, and easily accessible to grab and throw on your cart. Premium prices but for premium product, so it’s hard to complain. Parking is a little sparse so it’s best to try to catch an off day during the week to avoid a crowd. Highly recommend!
