Small, yet beautiful. These are supposedly organic strawberries. Have a small kids play area and couple of picnic spots too. Small parking, but didn't see it getting filled.
Nice farm, very neat: from the fields to the parking. Two varieties of strawberries, both organic, available, though we only picked one, Shuksan I think is the name. The berries are small but delish, sweet and smell amazing! Very easy to pick too, because they grow in rows, and not too many weeds there. Fields are well maintained, not crowded on a weekday. Containers and bowls are available for picking. There's a few spaces in the shade, so nice to take a break from the scorching sun of the open fields.
Such a great experience here! There were so many blackberries on this last day of July. We were able to pick 7 pounds in about 10 minutes. And they were so easy to pick on these thornless vines. The staff are super sweet and helpful and the farm is clean and beautiful. Highly recommend for all the berry seasons!
First time picking strawberries in WA. Never knew American strawberries could be so delicious, because the store-bought kind are sure not! There were two varieties from which to choose: Shuksan and Rainier. We like the Shuksan variety better; they are as sweet and fragrant as the kind we used to eat in Korea. We came late-season though, so unfortunately there weren't any "bigguns." Regardless, we will definitely be back here. See you next year--in EARLY June!
Really nice spot to pick berries, the farms beautiful and there's ample rows of plants and heaps of huge blackberries. Really enjoyed spending some time here, would certainly visit again.
