Chase Farms Market - Fairport NY

I love coming here every year to pick strawberries. My kids are now grown but they have as much fun visiting with the goats now as they did when younger. We enjoy getting shortcake to top off the experience. We love the Earliglo berries that are so hard to find and are found early in the season. This last visit, I had a nice chat with the owners and picked up some super yummy BBQ sauce. Kids always love the tractor and wagon ride. So do the adults! I’ve never picked raspberries but hope to do that soon here too.

We totally loved the place. It was well-organized, all the farm members were really helpful, and the 'you pick' strawberries were also inexpensive. This place was recommended by one of our friends, and we enjoyed the whole farm experience. I only wish they also had 'you pick' cherries.

We were there today. Really nice place to pick blueberry. Staff was very friendly. You do not have to pay for enter. One pint of blueberry around $5. They accepted credit card for more than $15 transactions. Otherwise they prefer cash. They have nice ice cream with strawberry and raspberry topping. We had really good time.

Some fun stuff to take some fall themed pictures on the farm (decorated hay bales), nice selection of pumpkins and a farm stand with in season produce. There is also a corn maze to walk through that is free. If you don’t have cash on you, your minimum purchase has to be 10$ to use your card. My daughter and I spent about an hour here wandering around and we got an ice cream cone.

We went raspberry and blueberry picking today. The fruits are so fresh, ripe and sweet. The simple act of picking the fruit felt so zen, it was a beautiful experience. We shared the bounty with some friends and neighbours close to home and they loved it just as much as we did.
