Chesterfield Valley Nursery - Chesterfield MO

Recently while visiting Chesterfield Valley Nursery I was helped by Jordan. She was immensely hospitable in helping me determine shade plants with good color that would grow best in my soils. I gained a ton of information through her knowledge. She also grabbed a golf cart to transport us the the "yard" so that I could see potential options for stepping stones too. The nursery is so beautiful it's like walking through a botanical garden. Jordan is an kind and caring member of the staff. Along with her coworkers this place seemingly runs like a "well oiled machine". Their website is also super helpful and easy to use.

I stopped in today and Ms Lauren helped me find the PERFECT plants for my backyard! She was patient with me and provided me with several possible options! I definitely recommend going here!!

Do not give your money to this place! The owner yelled and screamed at my husband for parking on the grass to be closer to the area he needed to be. I don’t know who she thinks she is, but certainly not important to us. He’s never been there before and there were no signs stating where to park/ not park. Honestly there’s no excuse, a grown woman should know how to communicate properly that the car needed to be moved without yelling. Seriously? You just look stupid and miserable when you behave that way. So definitely a Karen or Debra or Ruth as another review stated. We were going to spend a lot of money to redo all of our landscaping but will give our money elsewhere. Are you guys proud of yourselves?

I have gone to Chesterfield Valley Nursery for all of my plant and landscape needs year round for years now! From annuals and succulents to pumpkins, gourds and Christmas trees they have it! I always find a pot or planter I must have and a new plant to put in it. My 1 year old son and I often visit just to look and enjoy the scenery and beautiful atmosphere. Their selection and set up is always absolutely gorgeous no matter the season or weather! Every interaction and experience has been beyond helpful and pleasant and exceeded any expectation I could have! Counting down the days till Spring to see what they have to offer this year! There are a lot of great garden centers throughout the St Louis region, even one fantastic one in St Charles County in St Peters, and I've got to add that this location and the people here at Chesterfield Valley are just absolutely Five Star Plus. They went way over the top to ask me questions and clarify my location of planning the amount of sun what kind of Desire I want and vegetation and flowering and so forth. I definitely will be back I definitely be back thank you so much for the great customer service
