Coston Farm & Apple House - Hendersonville NC

This is absolutely a beautiful place to get apples!!! I love to come here!!! The store offer so many unique items that you just don’t see anywhere else!!! While you are there, make sure to pick you up a fried pie and apple fritter!!! They are so good!!! I love to buy their apples in bulk!!! Some of the best prices around!!! They also have a kids playground to stop and have a bit of fun!!! I have seen some reviews that said it is too close to the road, but it is a good 25-30 yards from the road. Plenty of space for the kiddos to have some fun!!! They also offer pick your own apples!!! I remember coming here as a kid to pick apples with my family!!! I remember being delighted to find the biggest apple I could!!! Picking your own apples is a sure way to make lifetime memories!!! Thanks Coston’s!!!

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! When we arrived I could immediately feel the love in the environment there!! Felt so at home. The lady was super nice and when it I told them I had dome a homeschooling trip from my little girl and nephew she gave us a few pamphlets to look at and an activity book :) best place to be if you ask me :) Check out their hand made things as well! Nothing spectacular they got apples they got fried pies they got other little treats they got souvenirs they have a playground they got some apple trees that you can pick some apples. But they're right next to highway 64 I wouldn't take my grandkids here because I'd be too worried about them wandering out in the highway or the car's entering and exiting the highway into the entrance of the place because it's so close to the playground. Have to staff was really nice have the staff was giving me the stink eye like I was stealing stuff walking around with my dog or something. There are other orchards that are much better and more family friendly than this one The only way I would stop here again is if I was in a hurry and I needed something directly off the road and didn't get right back on again.

Great little apple house with a nice family atmosphere and cool little nick-nacks with alot of local and hand-made items. It's a little tight inside with breakable items so got to keep the little ones on a short leash but good tasty treats and even when busy they get you through pretty quickly.

Really friendly people, and beautiful scenery. Prices were not to bad either. I highly recommend checking them out. It's fun for the whole family.
