Cox's Plant Farm - Clayton IN

We drove past here on our way to another adventure. The mere size of the outside of the building caught my attention. We stopped in on our way back, and spent hours wandering through this amazing place! It just kept going and going! We made another visit at a later time and bought several plants, which are thriving a year later. Great selection of healthy plants and the prices are really good too!

As a first time "gardener" if you will, it was a bewildering experience seeing the preposterously large selection of plants. Incredible variety with prices that I thought were fantastic! An employee noticed I was looking for a specific vegetable they were out of, and kindly pointed me to one similar and described in detail the process and taste of it. When I have the space for more, I will be back.

We took a random turn to explore country side and we saw this nondescript store. My wife wanted to check out and and it turned out to be a one of a kind store we never thought of. The staff is very friendly, the merchandise is one of a kind. The garden/ yard decoration is mind boggling. Their entire stuff is unique and high quality. The prices for stuff with in the roof of the store are on very high side. The fruit trees prices are exorbitant to very high side. Their nursery is fantastic and very healthy plants even this late in the season and very fairly priced. I live 30 miles far but will go there every season and it will be worth my while. I recommend this place to check out and for every one will find some thing you will take home.

I have only been to Cox's a few times because we are about an hour away but that is about to change. We needed something special for our venue and Holly went above and beyond to make sure we got it! Last year one of the managers did the same. They will be our "go to" going forward. One-hundred percent recommend. Small business service with big business variety!
