I was thrilled to find lovely ceramic planters manufactured in Germany at Down to Earth | Home, Garden & Gift while searching online for the same product. I purchased one in WI years ago but have been unable to find more. Though a bit concerned about shipping fragile yet bulky and heavy items across country I ordered 4. I was so pleased by their prompt delivery in flawless condition for they were packed intelligently! This is one of my favorite stores in eugene! Garden center is beautiful with very knowledgeable people! Products are priced fairly for their value and sustainability, and vibes are immaculate. Come here to window shop, find a new hobby, or for the perfect gift!

This is only for the home goods part of the store - I have no experience with the plants and garden section. Like with most 'natural alternatives'-heavy outlets, the quality varies pretty drastically. I have bought excellent knives, cutting boards, neti pots, and squeegees, and I have bought terrible brooms and dishtowels bordering on outright hydrophobic, remarkable for their inability to sop up even the lightest of spills.

Wide selection, fair deals, knowledgeable and kind staff. My go-to place for finding a small gift. They’ll tell you which plants are pet-safe.

This place is amazing, I come here at least 3 times a month to look for new plants and pots. Their indoor plant selection is always in great shape and there's plenty of plants to choose from. They've also got a housewares section with an incredible cast iron selection. There's beautiful pottery and baskets. There's an outside nursery worth checking out as well. I've never been able to find a parking spot because they're always busy. If you need anything related to the house and home this is the place to go.
