Reviews
Beautiful farm, quality produce, and a lovely experience each time. Family friendly.
Great stop, the lavender was so pretty and smelled so nice. There were lots of bees on the plants, so we opted to purchase some already picked...it was well worth the extra $1. The blueberry and raspberries were nicely planted with large rows to go up and down while picking. The prices were awesome. Nothing beats fresh fruits right off the plants.
First time going here as a local. My wife, two young kids and me loved it. It was so much fun. Great family activity, and way cheaper to pick your own berries than buy them at the store. Definitely recommend.
After seeing so many post about Graysmarsh Berry Farm in Sequim WA. on Facebook we decided to take a day trip out there today. Was not disappointed! This is a large berry farm with many varieties of berries to pick. We picked roughly 10 lbs of raspberries today and 8lbs of blueberries. Lots of families out there today and the kids were having a blast helping their parents/grandparents pick berries and just running up and down the rows having the best time. We came from the Kitsap Peninsula which took us almost an hour to drive. This would still be do able from the Seattle / Tacoma area without any problem and worth the drive. We recommend you get an early start, eat breakfast at "The Oak Table Restaurant" in Sequim WA. then take a 15 min. drive out to the farm.
Whoever takes care of Graysmarsh Berry crops, fortifies the soil, plants and takes care of growing these berries should be rewarded, given thanks and our appreciations. Please pass this on. I have been up to this farm 4-5 times now just this summer…lost count to be honest, every weekend I come with family and friends for different berries. Today we came back from picking the most amazing blueberries. I can’t describe how much we appreciate your hard work and if I lived in town and not Poulsbo, I’d be volunteering daily and picking for you guys just for relax. Clusters upon clusters of amazing berries…place a bucket under the bush, tug gently cupping your hands and goodness falls into your palms. I encourage everyone to get the biggest gal buckets (10 gallons) when they arrive and freeze berries for the winter months: smoothies, sauces, jams, baking, ice cream toppers, add to cereal, cottage cheese or eat alone. 2, 10 gallons of blackberries, for 2 people drinking a smoothie once a week from oct-April. You can’t get this quality of organic berries in stores, commercial farming uses pesticides you don't want to consume and those that are organic ripen fruit artificially for transport. The flavor will never be the same. I hate to see pounds of fruit wasting on the ground too. Please pick what drops, wish the farm had fruit catching nets underneath each bush, way too many that fall and people don't pick up. This organic farm is massive in size, everyone reading this review should bring friends and family. Head to #FinnRiver cidery after for #pizza and make an adventure day out of it like we always do. The more you pick, the more these bushes will give. Thank you so much Graysmarsh team for helping us make great memories, for fresh healthy, organic fruit.
