Cherry picking season is here once again and for the 4th year we’re back at Hildebrandt Cherry Orchards. It has become an annual tradition and this is the place to pick cherries..they have the best cherries and well priced. They provide buckets, baskets and plastic bags for u-pick and you can also purchase a box to put the cherries. Friendly and helpful staff. Keep in mind that they only accept cash or check. We went on opening day (June 26,2024) at Orchard #1 : 15611 SE Lower Island Rd., Dayton, OR 97114 ********** It’s that time of the year..cherry season! This is the third year that we’ve gone to Hildebrandt for u-pick. They have the best cherries and reasonably priced. They also have a variety of cherries but of course I always lean towards picking Rainier cherries because it’s my favorite. They provide baskets, plastic bags, buckets to use as you pick. Absolutely loved it, they taste amazing! Went in the morning on their first open picking day and the cherries were abundant. $1.50 a pound for any variety available, you can mix them. Cash or check only and buckets are provided by them.

Nice cherry orchard with very friendly staff. Good variety of different cherry varieties. Always good to talk to people with genuine smiles.

Our new family tradition is to go every year and pick 50 lbs of cherries for $50! The staff is wonderful! Cherries are delicious!

Plenty of parking, tons of different cherry types, rows and rows of trees and so much variety. Even the buckets they give you had several different options. The smallest buckets were perfect for our 7 and 5 year olds to carry. There were also plenty of cherries they could reach, they had an absolute blast. (They had a few bigger size containers that could tie to your waist as well or be carried) Also, want to mention, even if weird to say 😂, I was impressed by the amount of porta potties that were available and also looked clean and kept off the ground if I remember right. One of my favorite parts of this lil visit was when my ex was paying for the cherries we'd collected and our children decided that was a perfect story time moment for the poor lady helping us 😂😂😂 I'm not sure why they felt you needed to know so much about mommy and daddy, (🫣🫥 sorry about that 😬😂) but I hope it made you laugh, I'll never forget it lol. The whole trip was a keeper memory for sure, great place for cherries, and will definitely recommend to others.
