Great customer service. They were fast at getting us a quote and even faster at getting the job gone. End product looks great! We use their fall clean up services every year as well!

Had an unfortunate experience trying to get trees planted. Bought the trees on a Thursday and were told they might be out that afternoon, if not we would be on the schedule for the next Thursday, weather permitting. It rained the following Thursday, so we expected the delay. Called the next Wednesday to confirm we were on the Thursday schedule and were told "well there's 84 trees ahead of you." Told salesperson that would have been good to know before we bought the trees, and the response was "you can get your money back." Very disappointed in the attitude, as well as the ever-changing story. We went and got our money back.

Came from out of state and purchased a solar light for my daughter in law for Mother’s Day. Got to their house and there clearly was missing a piece to hang it . Went back to the store to get the piece and I was told they were closed but still had customers in the store. I asked for help with my issue but got a snippy response and was told it was not their problem. All I wanted was what I paid for? I’m sure this place is better than this, but it wasn’t for me today!

Serviced my irrigation that had been left forgotten for many years on our newly purchased home. They were able to locate all the hidden valves and then came back and did the winterizing just in time for the first snow! I really appreciated that Lori set my expectations appropriately for how busy they were and then far exceeded them when they were able to come out only 2 days later and take care of me.

I go to JVN mostly for bird feeding supplies. I was able to get a lot of gold finches to stay around! Also they have a variety of bird feeders and a ton of cute decorative products such as solar lights and wind chimes. Their plants also look fantastic every year!
