Awesome garden center. As a degreed Horticulturist, USL and DuOsge Horticultural Institute, I very much appreciate a plant center that is clean and weed free This place meets that criteria.All the plants have correct plant labels. Thank you for that . The staff is very helpful.

It's a great plant store. It does say on the receipt that clearance items are nonreturnable. But I just wanted to exchange it for something that wasn't toxic to cats (my fault for not checking). But you stayed fast to policy, saved nothing and created at least a mildly bitter customer. That's terrible management. This was a no-brainer 'the customer is always right' moment. There was nothing to lose. Hopefully the owner takes note.

Louisiana Nursery is a blessing to the Baton Rouge community. They have knowledgeable, helpful staff and a great selection of plants. I’m most impressed with how the executive leadership went above and beyond to help with a challenging situation - they truly care. Our home is graced with the most beautiful plants and planters from Louisiana Nursery collected over the last three years. Highly recommend!

I've been shopping at Louisiana Nursery for years and it seems like there is less and less selection especially for annuals. If you want vinca or coleus, you are good. Growers are producing hardy plants yearly but they never seem to show up here. Wish they had a buyer that tried new things every year. Also many of the pollinator plants are half dead. No one is watering those plants. They look terrible. This nursery has just seemed to decline over the seasons and years.
