Such a great spot!! Directions to this place were super easy. Parking is abundant. Coffees, Teas, Chai and more. Assorted pastry with gluten free options. May I suggest the gf chocolate chip copkie or the gf chocolate frosted brownies!! YUM!! General store items, local farm fresh milk and frozen packaged pastas etc. Sitting area. Beautiful seasonal floral arrangements. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and absolutely return.
I had such a fantastic time visiting this place and was really impressed by the overall vibe. Everything felt so fresh and inviting, and it is clear that they put a lot of care into what they do here. It is the perfect kind of spot to spend a relaxed afternoon, and I left feeling like I found a real gem that I’ll definitely be telling my friends about.
We were there recently, first time for us, certainly last too. Order was a muffin, three breakfast sandwiches, two coffees. Total bill about $50 if you can believe it. As it was my first time there I asked the cashier if I needed to wait there for our order or would it be brought to the dining room. She said someone would call us when it was ready. We waited and waited, never heard our name. Went and checked the counter a few times and didn't see our food so just assumed they were slow. Finally after waiting maybe 25 minutes I went in and found our now cold food, she said she called my name. The dining room is all hard surfaces, and was very loud just from people talking so we never heard her. The food was ho-hum, even if it was hot it wouldn't be anything special. Coffee was thin. Not a good experience + not a good value + not a good environment = we won't be back.
Phantom Farms truly must HATE their customers! The staff is consistently rude, arrogant, lazy and disengaged. Since their new ownership, I have had an unpleasant experience with their counter-staff each time I have visited to buy baked goods and coffee. They are impolite and unkind. They treat their customers so poorly...I don't understand how they expect to stay in business? I have been a customer for over 30 years and have always loved PF for their great products and charming atmosphere. But, I will never return. I will no longer patronize a business that has contempt for me! Frankly, I sincerely hope they go out of business!
This once was a charming place to pick up baked goods, enjoy a sandwich, coffee or tea, but after many years of coming here today something changed. After ordering my sandwich and bringing it to the table and about ready to take a bite, I noticed a large patch of mold on my bread. I was thoroughly disgusted and immediately returned it for a refund. In addition, the dining area had not been cleaned. There were crumbs all over the tables and I had to get several napkins to clean our table and chairs. Also, the separators that once offered privacy to diners have been taken away and the atmosphere is noisy .There were people speaking loudly about a very unpleasant topic. This was not the relaxing, enjoyable place it used to be. I will not be returning here again and cannot recommend this place to anyone.
