I absolutely love this nursery! They are always my first stop for anything for my garden. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always ready to help with a smile. The plants are very well cared for and in excellent condition. A good example is I bought a small raspberry bush was informed that I probably wouldn't see fruit for a couple of seasons. Well same year I planted I had raspberries! My house, pots and garden are almost exclusively filled with their plants and flowers. Will always be a loyal customer.
Extremely friendly, and knowledgeable about their plants! We pulled in just 20 minutes before closing and all of the staff was still super stoked to help us. Not to mention, everything looked 10X healthier than what you see at big box hardware stores and the prices are very comparable. We bought a couple peony plants, quite a few annuals, and I'm already planning to go back for more. Thanks again guys!
Updated: Changed to 3 stars because I was able to easily get a refund from an employee in person. It’s unfortunate we were ignored and forced to come in for any additional action. The owner of this place really needs to understand the value of communication in running a business. Original review: The 90 day “warranty” doesn’t exist. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times to replace a dead perennial worth less than $25 and they dodge me every time. They also can’t be bothered to answer the phone 80% of the time either. They get a star for the employees being very helpful and knowledgeable, but if you pay for planting thinking you will get post sales assistance like they promise in their contract, I wish you luck because we have not received anything but stall tactics. We try to support local when possible, but unfortunately you’re better off with Home Depot or Lowes because they actually honor their warranty.
This place has a good amount of variety. We love shopping local and so happy I found the daylilly I really wanted, when no one else had it in stock. Plants appear extremely healthy and hearty. Great prices and I don't have to worry if it will be good for my zone since it is a local shop! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
Stroopwafel’s Plant Store Reviews - 3 (This review mainly focuses on their houseplant sections) Pinnacle Gardens seems to focus on landscape plants rather than houseplants. It looked like the houseplants that they were selling might have just from the owners’ personal collections. If that is the case, it would explain why the prices were so high (I saw a single Hoya Kerri leaf for $28), and the number of plants available was so small. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re just looking for houseplants. What they lack in houseplants, they make up for in how beautiful everything is. The paths around the tree, bush, and perennial sections are a joy to walk around. It feels like the kind of place you could sit down and read a good book in. I’d love to know who did their landscaping and decoration.
