Plant Land - Kalispell MT

If I could give them a zero I would. Very disappointed. I have got plans from them for years. I've had a few that have died sndthat happens. When I went to plant this plant, it didn't look good. The roots were brown. I did everything right and it looked like this within a week. . I went back to talk to them i had photos of the plant, she didn't even really want to see them. Basically, she made me feel like I did something wrong. They don't warranty their plants. I understand this, but under the circumstances where i've spent a lot of money there through the years. Not replacing that plant is just bad customer service. Sorry to say i will be doing all my shopping at Columbia nursery from now on.

Plantland is a great garden center and gift store but so much more! I took a charcuterie-making class offered by Plantland and taught by Reagan from Montanapicnicco. It was wonderful.The pace, amount of instruction, and allowance for individual creativity were just right. She supplied all the equipment and supplies we needed and we got to bring everything home, including our delicious 10 x 10" boards on a palm leaf plate in a pie box. Plant land supplied wine and snacks for us during the class too! I'd like to take the porch pot class too but it's full. Hopefully they will offer these classes again next year it really got me in the holiday spirit!

The parking is terrible here and trying to pull out on the highway. There’s no stoplight and the aisles are crowded. You can’t meet another person in the aisle and they give you these little wagons instead of a cart to put your plants in that you plan to purchase.

I buy almost all my plants here. Fantastic trees. Everything is healthy and thriving from last year and I have never had a green thumb. They have really helped me and spent a lot of time teaching me about indoor and outdoor plants. Great prices too!

Refreshing to visit a store that provides honest input even though they may not get a sale! The plant I wanted would’ve needed to be watered daily and I shared, we were heading out of town. Fast forward, back from the trip and had to get a hanging plant. So many helpful knowledgeable employees! Customer for life! We decided to purchase a hanging basket, mat, dirt and the exact plants I wanted separately. Can you say PATIENT customer service???
