Plant Land - Milwaukee WI

Plant Land is truly a local community treasure. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth and hospitality. Within seconds of getting out of the car, we were greeted by one of their adorable four-legged "employees” with happy tail wags and friendly sniffs, which immediately put huge smiles on my children’s faces. Their nursery stock is incredibly impressive and very well cared for. I could easily spend hours wandering through the aisles admiring the beautiful selection of plants, vegetables, perennials, and annuals — they truly have something for everyone. What stood out most was the kindness of the owner. At one point, my toddler pinched a flower off a plant, and instead of being upset, the owner kindly gave us a small starter pot and some soil free of charge so she could continue to “grow” her flower at home. It was such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to us. My son was also determined to find Nicki the Kitty, and the owner happily helped us track her down so we could give her some well-deserved pets and snuggles. Plant Land is a rare gem of a business — welcoming, family-friendly, and full of heart. We left with beautiful plants and even better memories. You will not regret visiting!

They have beautiful flowers and crops for a reasonable price, as we get these flowers for our garden every year. If you don't want to buy flowers, they also have seeds that you can use.

This is a fantastic local source for your plant's vegetables and gardening needs. It's definitely worth a drive just to get out here and see a nice little farm store still in the city. This is a must. You must stop in here and check it out. Stop going to home Depot and Lowe's to buy your plants. Support your local economy or it will go away and all you'll have left is Walmart home depots and Lowe's.

The staff are not nice. We showed up last summer in June and all the plants were sold out- the workers made us feel really dumb for going to a nursery in June- like we were totally out of line- it was odd and really uncomfortable.

Gorgeous and Im only sad I didn't visit it earlier. They have almost a dozen greenhouses with just about everything for a garden. I was able to buy Carolina Reaper pepper. This is definitely a family business with pets walking around.
