Ridgetop Orchards - Fishertown PA

Ridgetop Orchards never disappoints! We come multiple times per year (apples and you-pick cherry season!) and always have a great time. This was the first time we didn’t come specifically for apples or cherries and we still enjoyed it. We drove here for the peaches and sweet corn that was advertised. The corn bin is now inside their building and it’s great for littles to play in—it’s $4 and my kids weren’t ready to leave even after an entire hour. We got peaches, corn, strawberries, cantaloupes and donuts. The prices are good, the quality is great. The employees are kind and helpful. Oh, the bathrooms are nice and clean, too!

What a gem! We stopped on our way back from a trip across the state and it fulfilled the fall fun checkbox. Gaylord’s of apples are set out on the porch and offered mostly mix-and-match for $26 per half bushel, but we got juice apples for $10/bushel (must provide your own containers) to make applesauce. Delicious apple cider slushes for $5 and off the porch they have pumpkins, pumpkin tic tac toe and a big corn sandbox. They also have PYO apples and a corn maze which we did not experience.

Huge choice of apples. Apples are very fresh, better than in supermarkets. Here are jams, fruit butters, donuts, cider and other goodies. The place is clean and very nice. We have to drive 40 min from home, but it's worth it. Recommended.

Absolutely love this family owned orchard. You can get apples (over 12 different varieties) from fall till the end of April. Then they have cherries and from the middle of July till fall they have a ton of different peaches. The prices are outstanding and the staff are super friendly.
