This place is MAGICAL and sprawling. It is the perfect nursery to go to get into the spirit of any season! Their selection and quality are both fantastic and there always seem to be enough farmers/gardeners around to answer questions. They have a few buildings amongst the plants with gifts and trinkets for sale too- perfect things for the whimsical people in your life! +they have 2 centrally located port-a-potties which are well-maintained. If you are bringing young children, any season is great to visit, but fall at the Farmer's Daughter feels straight out of a Hallmark movie. They have so many things to do for people of all ages. I took my son for the first time when he was 14 months old and he loved it just as much as he does now at almost 5. (Hint: If you have a sensory-sensitive family member, you might opt to visit on a week day in the fall, as the weekend festivities are very popular. There are less activities (tickets are cheaper), but still plenty for a whole morning of fun (and WAY less people).
I heard about this Garden Center/Farmhouse online and it sounded interesting so I drove down from Mass. It was well worth the trip esp if you love Christmas decor! Each shed was Beautifully and uniquely decorated for the holidays, we spent a couple hrs there. I’ve never been to anything like it but can’t wait to visit again in the spring!
Went here as part of my Mother’s Day experience lines were really long and knowing that it’s Mother’s Day I have lots of patience but know that if a customer in front of you is spending 500 and you’re spending 300 the owner or whoever is in charge a woman manager completely put the person that’s spending more money in front of you and I thought that is so bad and especially when the coworker that rang me out on aisle two says to me that they’re sorry they had to do that because their boss made them was really awful so customer service awful variety amazing so if you know you’ll have to wait in line and someone else is spending more money than you we’ll go in front. This is the place for you.
Such a fun stop for fall! They have great flowers, pumpkins and more. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. They also let our dogs walk around which was fantastic. They loved it as much as we did! Looking forward to coming back soon!!
Expansive in size and variety of seedlings both edible and flowers. Even if you're not there to buy, it's a very pretty area to walk around
