Each year, we buy their green chile, the best around, and they roast our chile. We always love the smell of great, hot green chile being smoked.
The most captivating spot in Corrales. The diverse selection of fruits and vegetables is awe-inspiring, and the red and green Chile is exceptional. For optimal flavor, the Chile should be roasted by master roasters with extensive expertise.
We get our chile here every year for the last 20 years! It's always delicious! The guys doing the roasting are always so nice and like to chat!
I stopped by to buy some green chili. They roasted it for free. The guy who roasted the chili, did a really good job. The reason I say this is because it was easy to peel. Other places they leave it hard to peel. The employees were super nice. Definitely a place to go on the weekends. They have a small eatery there.
