A Bloom Garden Center - Mobile AL

Loved this place, we were really glad that we stopped! Their space is really packed with a huge variety, including several harder to find plants and trees, like pawpaws! The staff seemed busy, but they were friendly and took the time to answer my questions. I did find their prices on plants to be a bit above average, but their prices on a lot of the trees were lower than I expected. Overall it's a fantastic shop, we drove over an hour from Mississippi and it was totally worth it!

What a great customer service experience! They listed on fb that they were ordering some Cajun hibiscus and asked if anyone had any requests. There are a few I have been looking for, so I commented. They ordered one they were able to and held it a few days until I could make my way over there to pick it up! I ended up shopping even more b/c they have an amazing selection of healthy thriving plants. The customer service is top tier! They even messaged after my stopping by to let me know they appreciated my business. You don't get that from most places any more. Thank you guys for being awesome!!!

Purchased a couple of citrus trees from these guys in July ‘25. Once the got the trees home and repotted I became concerned because many of the leaves were turning. Nothing wrong with the trees, but rather the caretaker. So went back with some other photos and my concerns. First time grower here my superpower is killing fruit trees. The center was great they did a soil sample and offered some nutrients naught, after taking their advice and applying it the trees blew up, I harvested the existing fruit and in November the trees began to bloom again. I am very satisfied with the centers assistance, the customer service didn’t end at my purchase, but back very appreciative of the folks I met and provided their insight, they am embarrassed to say I cannot recall their names. Nice local nursery. Staff vert friendly and knowlegeable about plants that do well in our local environment. Have had a lot of success with the trees and shrubs that we have purchased therw. Highly recomend

What?? I’ve lived in this area for 55 years and have driven by this garden center a million times cutting through to Lowe’s. Saw it but never stopped, but I’m so glad I did this year finally. The best people run this nursery, so knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. I got some beautiful Japanese Maples that are growing healthy and I finally found a Henry Fonda yellow rose bush and it is gorgeous. They gave me advice on exactly how to plant everything because apparently I have been doing it wrong for years and killing my new trees. Now everything is nice and healthy. They have a ton of offerings from flowers, shade trees, fruit trees, herbs, you name it. They even identified a tree that was given to my mom years ago as a gift remembering a lost grandchild. Never could find what it was but A Bloom knew immediately and even had some others for sale. This is a great place to get your nursery and garden needs, I highly recommend them!
