This is a great place to pick berries! We picked blueberries here on wild blueberry weekend and there was ample space to pick and enjoy the day. Beautiful property and great, pleasant and personable people that own and operate the place. We will be back for more!
Check their Facebook page for updates about when they’re open for picking and what you can currently pick. We went and had a wonderful time. The man who owns the place was very friendly and taught us about the different varieties of blueberries they had. Was definitely a fun time!
A great place for berry picking with a small, hardworking team running the show. Love the berries, the old school honor system for already-picked boxes and pumpkins out front. Looking forward to many more summers picking with my family.
Warning: My young family took a trip berry picking today with another mom and her two young kids. The group took a wrong turn (by mistake) and ended up in an area of the farm that was labeled “reserved”. A older male employee of the Farm showed up on a golf cart without warning and aggressively screamed. “You can’t be here! Get Out! Get Out! You have to leave now! I don’t even want your money you have to leave!” They tried to calmly explain that it was an honest mistake but he was agitated and angry. Our kids were completely shocked by this type of behavior from an adult. My wife and the other mom were speaking Russian before the incident and I would hate to think that that was the cause of this outburst on the part of the employee but that is the only explanation.
We’ve been loyal supporters of this small farm for years. Today my family and I decided to take our friends with their children blueberry picking. We accidentally ended up on a very poorly labeled area where we weren’t supposed to pick. The employee drove up to us on a golf cart and started screaming at us, he yelled “I want you out of here, just get out!!! Get out of here! Get out!” He didn’t simple tell us we shouldn’t pick there, he threw us out . Our children were so confused and frightened, my daughter started crying. We apologized and explained that it’s an honest mistake, the sign wasn’t visible and we would never pick blueberries from a reserved area but he screamed at us to leave. We have never been treated with this much hatred and aggression.
