I had such a nice visit yesterday. They have lovely large ceramic plant pot bases that can be used as safe ground -level water sources for birds and critters. Lots of succulent plants au currant, and the gal at the counter helped me get the right potting mix for my jade plant. Thanks!

Great experience! Stopped in to buy a gift plant. They helped me pick out the right pot (almost made a big mistake in my own) and even put it in for me with the right mix. It was excellent customer service and the recipient loved it more than expected.

This garden center provided the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Unlike other garden stores where employees are typically helpful and passionate about their work, the staff here were consistently rude and dismissive on two separate visits. Although they sell beautiful plants and Maine-made products, I will shop elsewhere for better customer service.
