Breaking Ground Farm & Nursery - Senoia GA

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT Great plants, Terrible customer service after the sell. I invested almost $5,000 in 6 very large trees for my front yard. I also paid a premium to have Breaking Ground professionally install them. When the install was finished I ask the guys if they were going to stake them to prevent them from blowing over. I was told they didn’t need staking and they would be ok. Now 2 months later, all 6 of them are leaning and I’ve been trying weeks to get them back out to fix them.

i have a great experience every time i go to Breaking Ground but this most recent time i was helped by Connie. Connie was beyond helpful. She gave us genuine advise and helped us pick out plants to create a new flower beds in our front yard. She is very knowledgeable about all the plants at the nursery. Connie is a rare gem. if you are looking for advise or inspiration ask for Connie! for a bonus i added two images of a before and after of the flower bed. Connie really helped my dreams come true and i am very happy with the end results!

Great assortment of plants, shrubs, trees, and supplies. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We love shopping here, and everything we have purchased has thrived. It is a must stop when looking for any of the above. We will be back.

We came by yesterday afternoon to pick out a NEW front foundation plant pkg for Mom, and Today we're installing. AWESOME selection and great friendly staff to assist. This is one of the best local nurseries in South Atlanta... this is the spot to take Mom for ideas & help choosing the right plants!

Worst experience ever! Buyers be aware that this nursery does not honor their 1 year warranty, they will tell you that the plant is covered for a year etc to get the sale and take your money but when the plant dies they will say that it was not covered. Here what happened to me, recently moved to GA, I was not aware of what plants grow here so asked the person working at the nursery for help, we bough 6 emerald greens and they weren’t the best looking but we were told that they will do fine once planted and they are covered by 1 year warranty, now we have only one emerald green that survived and other ones are dead I contacted the nursery about the warranty and after 20 days of multiple emails they told me that they will not honor their warranty because the person that worked there gave us wrong information and if you buy plants BOGO then there is no warranty. So we paid for the plants, rented a truck to bring home, bought good soil and all of that money is wasted . I suppose to get a phone call from Kevin, the owner and he never called me back. If you want to buy plants save yourself money and a headache. Please go somewhere else and buy your plants from reputable place like Pike Nursery or Home Depot so if something happens you will not get scammed and those places honor their warranty.
