Bures Berry Patch - Barneveld WI

Amazing place to get some yummy strawberries and pretend you’re a farmer! So much fun! Excellent customer service too!

I am so very impressed with this little jem! They had the best berries I’ve seen in a long time. They clearly take care and pride in the land, their crop, and their customers! It was so worth the 40 min trek. The berry patches had a nice layer of straw between the rows so you could kneel down and not get all muddy. Same with the sugar snap peas. Their dog Rosco was so sweet and loving. They even took care of my mother-in-law, who couldn’t walk all they out into the patch. They found us a spot close by so she could snoopervised me while I picked. We had the most delightful experience and will be back!

Went strawberry picking with our 2 year old. He was SUPER into for the first 10 minutes and then maxed out his attention span, so dad picked the rest while we played in the corn sensory box! We got a lot of great berries late in the season and we froze a bunch for smoothies later!

Great experience! Tons of good quality strawberries to pick and they had peonies. Spent almost two hours here and they had very good lemonade too. I actually lost something in the fields while berry picking and the staff went above and beyond to help me find it. Super nice, highly recommend!

Great strawberry picking experience! Friendly staff, organized picking setup, and yummy strawberries! They also keep their website updated for current open-pick times. The price seemed very good for pick-your-own berries ($3.05, as of 2025)
