Cherry U-Pick at Third Coast Fruit Co. - Traverse City MI

Visiting the Cherry U-Pick at Third Coast Fruit Co. was an absolute delight! The orchard was bursting with ripe, juicy cherries, making the picking experience both fun and rewarding. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing tips on selecting the best fruit. The idyllic setting, with rows of cherry trees under a clear blue sky, added to the charm. It was a perfect way to spend a sunny day, and the fresh cherries we brought home were delicious. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a wholesome and enjoyable outdoor activity!

Very clear parking instructions which is always helpful! We got there right when they opened and it filled up. Parking seems limited but it a very nice small farm feel. So many cherries! A lot weren’t rip yet at the time of my writing this but we definitely found a bags worth.

We had the best time picking the best strawberries! There were plenty to pick, even in the late afternoon. Definitely recommend. We look forward to coming back for their you pick cherries!

This was my first u-pick experience, and the process was so simple. The cherries cost $5/pound with a $20 minimum for cards. We ended up bringing four full bags back, which was 10 pounds. There were more than enough cherries on lower branches in mid July. Overall, if you're visiting Michigan, I HIGHLY recommend stopping and experiencing a little bit of the local agriculture. A fun activity for all ages. Not very accessible however, as it's a working orchard. There are small ditches and occasional tall grasses to walk through, as well as gravel paths.

Lovely cherry orchard with multiple kinds of cherries. Bags are reasonably priced, and you can snack as you go. Everyone is friendly a helpful- best cherry picking I've experience.
