Doud Orchards - Denver IN

Great cider from actual cider apples that were actually ripe (not heat pasteurized). Fantastic heirloom apple varities. They have red fleshed apples that i love and also zodiac apples. It has that sweet small town charm i remember from orchards as a child. Plus you pick pumpkins. Will definitely be back!

This small orchard and shop are the true pinnacle of the fall experience! Anyone who finds themselves in rural northeastern Indiana. The facility is gorgeous, the apples and cider are superior, and the pastries (seemingly mostly available on weekends) are like little bites of autumn. It more than deserves its five star rating.

Having grown up on a working apple orchard and market I consider myself a junior expert in this field. Douds is probably the best market in the state. Their apple cider is amazingly delicious and worthy of all the awards it has won. Well worth the hours drive from Fort Wayne.

I purchased my first half gallon of apple cider from Douds. Amazing!!! I look forward to future purchase and traveling up to see the orchard this fall! 🥰
