I had them come to do some yard work…. What a total disaster. I was having a problem with mulch going into my grass. Bill came and assured me that putting brick will definitely solve the problem. Ha ha …. It might have had the bricks not sunk down after the first rain…. Worse than what I had before. The workers were not explained how everything was to be done …. I live in a side by side duplex and they went around not only my duplex but my neighbors. At this time they also cut her cable. The edge of her house was all torn up. My neighbor asked the main worker to contact Bill H and have him call her. He never did. I also had many areas I asked them to level out and remove unwanted weedy grass and put new. There was grass there before and I still to this day done have grass growing. The workers applied dirt that had rocks in it to the area. To this day I still don’t have grass in these areas. They laid seed down , which did not grow… only weeds. In the fall when the grass was dormant and then spring came and where the grass was planted turned to straw. I called And spoke with Casey and she had a worker come and throw out more grass seed. Still no growth. I sent pictures during the entire progress to Bill H…. One of the owner and no response. Cassey asked that I send her pictures which I did. To this date no response. I also Called forevergreen and ext a voicemail for Cassey and asked that she call me so that I could set up a meeting with her and it’s been over a month and to this date still have not received a call back.

We had them come help with our grading issues to keep water away from the house. They were able to help us out and make our yard look amazing with some extra trees, plants and a patio area. The staff was wonderful and Mike and Bill were very helpful in answering questions and making sure we were happy with the final product. Overall great experience working with them.

I am not a plant person, so I sought expertise in choosing a new houseplant as a birthday gift for my mom. Val and the staff provided excellent advice and helped me pick the best plant baby for the environment I described. The shop is very cute and the gardens are beautiful. I will definitely be back!

Paid for a full plan — ended up with a foxtail mess. I used ForeverGreen’s lawn treatment plan for a full year, and the results were very disappointing. My lawn ended up covered with foxtail weeds that got completely out of control. I called multiple times and even requested an extra treatment, but nothing really improved. I was in contact with them and never heard back. Every time I called, they just gave the same response without solving the problem. For a local company, I expected better service and accountability. Very disappointing experience overall.

I hope this review will help people avoid frustration with the so-called “Forever Green Landscape Designer Team.” Last August, I contacted “Forever Green Landscape Designer Bill” to trim my overgrown Rose of Sharon bushes and also remove unwanted plants in the front flower bed, then replace them with new plants. I did not hear any schedule from Bill before I left home outside the country. On 9/21/24, I saw a phone message left the day before that Forever Green folks would come to do the work. I quickly emailed Bill, saying that I was not home. He responded that he would make sure the new plants would be watered and taken care of until I got home (see pic). When I arrived home, I saw all the new plants were dead (see picture) and the Rose of Sharon brushes were bunched up—not much of the trimming was done (see picture). I called Bill. He came over and was so surprised that the plants were dead and the brushes were not trimmed. I was furious and said the work was very unprofessional and unacceptable. I requested the work needed to be redone and made sure he brought people who knew how. Bill came with two guys. They trimmed the bushes and replanted the new plants. They left an area of 3x3 feet empty in the front bed. Bill left these guys before the work was completed. If these were designers, they would scale the area before planting. I requested the crew to pass on to Bill that i needed a plant to be planted at that bare spot. Bill never returned the request. I do not recommend this place to anyone because they are not a designer nor credible!
