I had a great experience working with Fresh Water Farm while building a patio at my house. Over the course of this project, I purchased pavers, veneer stone, and capstone from them, and the entire process was excellent from start to finish. Dan and his team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to guide me through the materials I needed, helped estimate the quantities, and offered a lot of valuable advice throughout the project. They treated me more like a friend or family member than just a customer, which I really appreciated. My patio project took about half a year to complete, and during that time they were always supportive and easy to work with. If I had extra materials left over, returning unused pavers was never a problem, which made planning the project much less stressful. The delivery experience was also great. The driver was very friendly and patient, making sure the pallets of pavers and stone were placed exactly where I needed them in my yard. Overall, I highly recommend Fresh Water Farm if you're planning a patio or landscaping project. Great products, great service, and great people to work with.

Sad that chuck sold out. Bought two $100 shrubs here on tuesday, by saturday one had lost half its leaves, other was healthy. Couldn't go back because they are no longer open weekends. Went back monday to exchange plant, multiple people unable to help me, told to go to hardscape, they say they have to call mike. Mike comes out and begins performing forensic analysis on the plant which is litterally dropping leaves as he touches it, begins interogating me on how plant was treated. Again explained that I had bought two and one was healthy so it had nothing to do with my treatment of the plant during the 6 days since purchased. Finally told him I had to go and took the good shrub. Mike said hold on and tried to stop me from leaving initially saying he was just asking questions and was giving me a free tree. I corrected him that he was replacing the garbage tree and left. Won't be back after 2 decades shopping here. Google should take away the ratings from when it was Fresh Water Farms.

I have used Freshwater Farms in the past with great results, but I have to say for whatever reason their customer service and delivery service has gone way downhill. I ordered a nice bouquet for my mother‘s 85th birthday well in advance and got a confirmation email about that, and I even replied that she loves the color purple, which was the reason I selected the bouquet that I did. On the day of her birthday I got an email saying delivery was successful, but my mom who waited at home all day for her surprise delivery never got her flowers. I called several times and was told there was a glitch with their website that they had to say the flowers were delivered even if they weren’t. They said the driver called her and rang the doorbell but she said she never got a call. She had no voicemail and she was literally home all day. I asked if they could make this right in anyway by offering a refund or a partial credit but they did not offer any compensation. They did deliver flowers the next day - photos are shown below that don’t look anything like what I ordered. Before I wrote this review, I called one more time and they said that they would have the Florist call me back the next day, but they didn’t so I rarely write a bad review, but this was a very disappointing experience with a previously much loved local business. Sad to say.

Freshwater Farms did so many things right, so it pains me to leave a 3 star review. The delivery drivers, and the men that work in landscaping are exceptional! They were very knowledgeable, and were able to deliver our 5 Colorado Blue Spruce the same day! Unheard of! However, a few months after planting our spruce, 2 are DEAD (I mean brown and crispy dead), and the remaining 3 are on their way out (1/2-3/4 dead). We followed Freshwater Farm’s planting and watering instructions to a T. I reached out via email to share photos of my trees, and received no response. I used a coupon upon purchasing these trees, and was informed that this coupon would void warranty. I thought, ok, so I might lose 1 and have to replace it. Seems fair. I had NO idea all 5 trees would go. $2500 down the drain. I just want to understand how this happened. My advice DON’T USE THE COUPON!

Do not recommend this flower shop. I ordered a bouquet from them and paid extra to have it delivered by a certain time. That time came and went. When they did finally deliver the bouquet was not what I ordered and looked like it was thrown together. They offered to redeliver and I reluctantly agreed. I asked them to contact me before delivery, that didn’t happen. They ended up delivering on Monday, Columbus Day. My wife is a school teacher and the school wasn’t open. Luckily someone was there to recieve them. The second bouquet of flowers was worse then the first. Yes it was closer to what I ordered but not up to par with what they presented them To look like. I paid $65 for them and they where no where near exceptable. I have included what they where supposed to look like and what She actually recieved. Bottom line is this place does have nice flowers but their ability to put them into a beautiful bouquet is very very limited.
