The U-Pick was our favorite part. There are a variety of herbs, vegetables and fruits available for picking. It was our first time tasting a Butterfly Pea flower (delicious by the way). There are several play areas around for kids - an outdoor kitchen to make nature salads and mud pies, a pirate ship, a sandpit for digging, a slide, and more. The chickens and goats are friendly to pet. The entire farm is enchanting and the staff is wonderful with kids!!! Portable restrooms are available on-site along with hand washing stations. Highly recommend coming here!!
Worth the drive for a paid Keiki and Plow exploration. For two hours we: U picked vegetables (mostly lettuce and kale and herbs) Sand pit Bridge and slides Picnic tables Fed chickens Climbed on wooden teepees Mud kitchen It is perfect for littles who cannot sit still! Bring your own water and snacks and enjoy the beautiful views and peaceful fun.
Such an amazing place to bring the Littles! We had so much fun, there was plenty of space to run and play. This place is filled with wonder and imagination! You can pick your own farm fresh eggs, if available, and buy a basket to harvest your own fruits and vegetables straight from the farm.
Cute place for the kids to play. Even in the rain the kids had a blast. Goats and chickens were very good with the kids even though not all the kids were good to the goats. Didn’t participate in the pick your own vegetables but seemed to be a good bargain.
We went to Open Farm with our daughter (21m) & niece (13m). They had so much fun! This was a great activity for the littles, even toddlers as young as ours. My niece enjoyed the sand pit and our daughter loved petting the goats and feeding chickens. Our kids were tired by the time it came to harvest any veggies/fruits/flowers so we just strolled through the garden and farm instead. We'll have to come back many more times as the girls grow up and become more interested in pretend play (there's a super cool mud kitchen area). Other perks: Fresh eggs & produce for purchase Huge slide big enough for parents to accompany toddlers Lots of chairs, benches, and picnic tables Lots of handwashing areas Availability for private events Super friendly staff!!! We arrived right as open farm started and there was still plenty of parking.
