Kent's Garden & Nursery - Bellingham WA

Being unfamiliar with Bellingham soils and growing conditions we turned to Kent's Garden & Nursery, specifically Aundrea, to help us layout our small front and back yards. Tree, bushes, flowers and grasses were planted last year but it wasn't really until this year that we were able to see what a superb job Aundrea had done with her planning. Everything survived its planting and its first winter and everything planted, to us, looks absolutely wonderful. Her excellent design transformed our front yard into a space that’s not only beautiful, but deeply functional. The finished product was an absolute spectacular outcome that exceeded all of our expectations. Aundrea is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, with a keen eye for plant selection and layout. We were looking for a privacy screen planting, so we reached out to Kent's Nursery to see what they could do. Issac came out and we shared our desire to have a privacy screen, but not to just have a row of trees. We left the design in Issac's very capable hands. Issac and Nate came out, worked out placement and installed the trees, and they look fantastic. In 2023, Aundrea with Kent's Nursery Plant Design Services developed a design for about 1/4 acres. We planted 165 plants per the plan and 2 years later the area is filling in nicely, the design and plant selections really makes the yard have interest year around and the birds love it. We can't say enough about the good people at Kent's Nursery and their services.

Thanks for a great experience at Kents! Recently moved to a house with a lot of garden space and so needed some plants :-) I looked at all the options in the county for where to go. I just wanted you to know the reason I decided on you all was because you didn’t have just white people working for you, or at least you showed the beautiful faces of all of your workers. I can’t thank Ariel enough for calling to let me know the hydrangeas I’ve been waiting for finally came in. Another big shout out to Aundrea for helping me pick 5 of them out of the bunch. She also is very knowledgeable about mulch which we’ve never used..With her knowledge my husband and I bought a yard to put in our flower beds.They now look absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Kent’s for all your plant needs as they have so many to choose from And the employees always go above and beyond.
