Martin Garden Center - Greenville SC

I’ve been a customer of Martin Garden Center for years, and it truly is a hidden gem. The staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Recently, I decided to redo my front landscaping, and they went above and beyond by helping me create a custom order and even delivering everything right to my home. I couldn’t be happier with the experience!

This place is amazing. I love the layout. They have the perennials separate from the annuals and the colors are also separated. Makes it easy to find what you're looking for. The staff is very knowledgeable, and happy to assist. The park is a little chaotic but if you can find a spot you can find a plant. This is the go to place if you're looking for a specific plant.

Folks very good place to shop for your Veggies and other plants. So many items to choose from. They have all assorted plants in stock If for some reason they don't please ask them and they will be happy to help you with your request. Parking can be tight upfront so you might have to use the overflow parking lot.

Absolutely beautiful, spacious facility! Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. The variety of plants on site is huge.. can almost guarantee there is something for anybody - from a hobby gardener, house plant collector, landscaper, to tree enthusiast etc. Not to mention it is a total Christmas wonderland right now with loads of holiday decorations, seasonal arrangements and planters, wreaths, and more. Martin Garden is truly a hidden gem in the upstate!

Not happy giving a negative review, but it is justified. I’m looking for a specific plant. Because I live a long drive, I tried calling for over a week. No one ever answers the phone. Voicemail says “it’s our busiest time of the year, we don’t have time to answer the phone, you need to come here instead”. Of course had no option. I drove an hour in one direction, they didn’t have what I was looking for. As a business owner myself, I consider this horrible customer service. If a business is that busy, hire someone to cover calls during the busy season, you can afford to. The clinching reason for this review…while standing in line to ask if they had what I was looking for, a man behind the counter was incredibly rude to the elderly lady ahead of me. Rather than answering her questions regarding mulch, he was literally screaming at her and very condescending because she was having trouble understanding him. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
