Mood Farm is a great place to pick your own produce or simply stop in for fresh-picked fruits and vegetables. We visited during the Apple Festival, which included a hayride pulled by an antique tractor, three pounds of pick-your-own apples, a cider donut, and a small bottle of apple cider. It was a lot of fun for both kids and adults. Parking was plentiful and convenient on the Bridgeton Pike (Route 77) side.
We love picking our own at Mood's. Raspberries to peaches, blueberries to apples, grapes to pumpkins and everything in between all are great choices for PYO. Prices are good and produce is fresh. My kids and husband love the fresh cider donuts, too. Lots of farm fresh options during the summer and early autumn months.
Very disappointed, waited all winter to get apple jelly, they open, it’s now $1 more expensive, that’s fine I get it. Take it home and when I opened it, the consistency from last year has changed. Like there’s more pectin than before but they want to charge $1 more. If you’re going to add more filler to make it cheaper for you to make you don’t also get to raise the price too. Thought I wouldn’t have to deal with this from a small business. Granted it might have just been the first batch so I’m going to try it again once they get a new batch in, not changed my review until I confirm I’m wrong
Love it here! They have excellent apple cider donuts which can be ordered hot & fresh if they’re actively making them. We also enjoy all their slushies and apple cider. Convenient spot to grab fresh produce in the summer too. We also go every year for their fall activities. It is NOT an overcrowded, overproduced headache like other South Jersey spots. This is the real deal - it’s a farm first and the simplicity of everything is what makes it so special and actually enjoyable. The kids love it too and the corn maze is our favorite!
Very nice farm market and people! It was my frist experience and I will go agin and agin . Blueberry’s, peaches, black berry plums, pear, apples and much more.
