Redmond's Garden, Landscape & Gift Center - Lexington KY

Very pleased & impressed with Redmond’s. Spring 2025, I purchased a small tree, bushes & a few perennials. Redmond’s planted for me. One of the bushes didn’t survive our harsh winter. On Tuesday, I called the office & explained. Bruce checked it the same day & told me it would be replaced. The 2 year warranty covered it…no hassle! Today, Thursday, it was replaced with a new beauty! Thank you!

The landscapers did a wonderful job planting trees in the former Andover golf course green space. The trees are big and healthy and make the area look like a beautiful park. The workers were so respectful and quality conscious. We love the trees!

Redmond’s Garden Center provides excellent customer service. Their employees are knowledgeable about landscaping and the plants they have available. I appreciate that they listen to their customer, make suggestions when asked, and can advise on what planting would be best best for the soil type, the amount of sunlight and moisture needed for optimal growth, and the proper way to plant. I would like to recognize Cody, Jake, and Sydney for going the extra mile to provide a positive experience when I am shopping for my landscaping needs.
