We always value the SOG product quality & reliability, Good $$ value for ur investment. Celina has a more wide open feel than Frisco but it’s well laid out & worth the drive !

I regret ever going anywhere else for pots, plants or anything green! I visited for about twenty minutes and there was always a staff/team member in eyesight, and several gently checked to see if they could be any help to me. Someone helped me (I didn’t get her name) and was so patient with my questions while also giving great advice. Clearly this nursery has a staff who is experienced and passionate about what they do. Everyone there seemed genuinely happy to be at work. Highly recommend their beautiful selection of reasonably-priced clay pots. Shop local!

We had the best time at the Shades of Green Pumpkin Patch in Celina! 🎃🌅 This place is such a hidden gem — it’s beautiful, peaceful, and full of that small-town charm you can’t find just anywhere. We went for their “Sunset to Sunset” music series on a Thursday night, and it honestly it was one of the best pumpkin patch experiences ever. The kids had an absolute blast running through the maze, sliding down the big slide, and playing in the corn pit and pumpkin painting while we enjoyed a little live music. There were food trucks, a cash bar, and plenty of space to relax — just bring your own chair and soak in the vibes. 🌮🍹 It’s the perfect spot for families, or just an easy evening out with friends. We’ll definitely be back again before the season’s over. Thank you, Shades of Green, for creating such a fun and relaxing fall experience in Celina Texas! 🎶🎃💛

We visited Shades of Green yesterday for the first time. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We went in looking for two particular plants, which they had, and then got some advice on shade plants. Aiden was very helpful, walked us around to show us what we asked, and then was happy to let us browse by ourselves until we were ready to check out. Wonderful experience! Even though we drove 40 minutes to get there, it was worth it!!

Very disappointing experience. From the moment I purchased my items, the service was poor. The employees who assisted me were not kind, helpful, or customer-oriented. Unfortunately, the experience got worse after the purchase. I bought two Cherry Sky Pencil trees, and both completely dried out and died shortly after I brought them home. When I reached out, I was told that because the purchase was made during a store closeout sale, all sales were final. That is not a reasonable response when the plants may already have been in poor condition at the time of sale. Between the bad customer service and the poor quality of the plants, this was a very frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this business.
