We found Chris & Leslie to be very friendly and helpful, and hospitable. The berries are high quality, grown without harmful pesticides and herbicides. The half mile gravel driveway is a bonus adventure (4WD/AWD)😊.
Beautiful farm. Cannot wait to cook and use the goose berries we picked! So hard to find goose berries anymore so this was a HUGE treat. (For those who do not know they taste like a plum or a kiwi)
Not only did they have wonderful blueberry, raspberry, blackberry and elderberry bushes, but he took the time to tell us how to plant and fertilize them. I highly recommend buying from Shady Oaks Farm. The people are kind and the prices are good.
