i took my 1 & 2 yr old strawberry picking for the first time at Visser Farms yesterday morning. We had SUCH a wonderful experience. The gal in the Berry Shack was so friendly and helpful. The berrys were plentiful and delicious. A little on the smaller size but that made it easier for my toddlers to pick and enjoy. We picked a large amount in less than an hour. Highly recommend Visser!
My kids and I had a very good time picking berries. Their strawberries were so good, very juicy. Also, on the way out is their little market where I had this delicious strawberry donuts. I really liked them.
Strawberry picking was super fun, quick and easy… at least when we went! It’ll obviously change each year but this is my second year going and my jam from these strawberries is delicious!
Grabbed some of the first berries of the season at the farmers market from Visser and they are spectacular. (Picked up some rhubarb too and made strawberry rhubarb ice cream- divine)
