My family got strawberries from the fruit truck last year, and they were incredible. This year, we got 5 pallets altogether. 1 whole pallet had to be thrown away due to mold. We also had to pick through all the pallets and throw away multiple more green baskets full of moldy strawberries. To be clear, this was immediately after bringing them home. I emailed the fruit truck about this and sent a follow up email and facebook message about this issue to be sure the business had time to see and address it before I complained publicly. I posted about it and have now been ignored for weeks and blocked on facebook by the Fruit Truck. I really cannot recommend spending so much money on bulk fruit when the quality isn't guaranteed and the customer service is nonexistent.
Very very good and everything is yummy always has something new and delicious I can say if you never been here you should visit don’t miss out and chance to come here
They sold me moldy, rotten strawberries and ones that had apparently been left in the truck overnight and had frozen. The moldy ones weren't visible upon purchase, because they were on the bottom layer, and the freeze damage didn't appear until they started warming up. I followed their policy for getting some kind of replacement, but they keep ignoring me and sending me back to their refund policies; they clearly do not want to make this right, and I spent $120. The pickup was in Columbia, MO in April 2024. They kept giving me the runaround and deleting any comment I would make on any of their Facebook posts, so now they get a bad review.
I bought strawberries from the fruit truck in tea last Friday. Got them home and they were all moldy. Couldn’t eat them! Will never buy produce off their trucks again.30.00 right in the trash!!
Awesome variety of fruits, including ones we have never even heard of! Tried a big round thing called a “Pomelo” a couple Months ago and the kids thought it was so cool! Seriously BIGGEST strawberries EVER! Very rarely do we come across any bad berries or peaches outta the whole box when they come through. Place is really neat to just roam through and see foods from different places.
