Wallitsch Garden Center - Louisville KY

Great place! Such an eye catching store front! They had plants that I had not seen at any big box nor a couple of smaller plant shops I frequent. Rrasonable prices and the stagg are super nice, patient, and knowledgable.

Wallitsch Garden has a nice selection, but the prices are steep — I paid nearly $100 for a single rose bush. What’s more disappointing is that they don’t offer any kind of guarantee or replacement if the plant dies. For that price, I’d expect some level of assurance. Big box stores like Home Depot or Lowe’s offer plant warranties and will replace dead plants, which makes them a more reliable option for the lower cost

Highly recommend! Very organized and huge variety of plants available. Staff were very helpful without being super pushy. I look forward to visiting again.

It’s a really nice nursery and overall a beautiful place, but unfortunately the customer service wasn’t a great experience. The two different times I went in to purchase an indoor tree, I was told two different things about the Memorial Day sale. Today, I waited around 10 minutes while the cashier waited to ask the manager, who was on the phone with another customer, whether the tree was included in the sale. A few days earlier, I had specifically been told it was, which is why I waited to purchase it. Beyond that, it was honestly hard to find anyone who seemed genuinely interested in helping me purchase this $700 tree or helping me find a pot that would work well with it. In the end, I decided not to purchase the tree because of the customer service experience. :(

I was able to get a beautiful live Christmas trees at a reasonable price and it turned out beautiful. They also have a great store and outside plants
