Tiny little farm. For some reason there was a line out the door for donuts and cider. Prices were reasonable. Donuts were ok. Nothing great but ok and warm. See pic of tge inside of store there wasn’t much
Great customer service! I was approached by who I will now call The Apple Guy. He helped me choose a variety of apples and went above and beyond to hook me up and tell me about all of the different varieties. Then, the tall gentleman weighing items on Saturday was excellent as he offered to hold my pumpkin while I shopped inside. He was really cool. What great customer service all around. The donuts are great too!
I’ve been going here for over two decades and the quality of the donuts and orchard has stayed amazing. Picking apples is still an affordable and fun activity, but sometimes the rows are hard to find if it’s later in the season and the apples are in the back. Great pumpkin picking too and you can drive your car back and through the orchard to pick. Main complaint is the line is often long to get donuts, so I recommend going early in the mornings or at non-peak times. The donuts and cider are the best I’ve had though at an orchard, and are always worth the wait!
Parking was a little bit cramped, with people in line for cider and donuts spilling into the driveway. Could be dangerous for families with smaller children. Overall a fun experience, with lots of apple trees and multiple varieties. For being a smaller farm, I found it to be much less chaotic than some of the bigger farms. I would say that if you have a child with autism that gets overwhelmed with large crowds and/or noises, this is a pretty relaxing choice. Just have someone that's willing to stand in the cider and donuts line while you are out picking. The only negatives I have are the parking, no clear direction on where to get the bags for picking and the lack of consistent signage for current crops and no pick crops. Overall, I recommend this place.
Every year. We come. Every year. We are happy. The freshly baked donuts, the beautiful apples or the great pumpkin. Yes, it is crowded. Yes. But there is a reason, this is not an overrated place. We Love them.
