Ayers Orchard - Cana VA

We were so lucky to come here from Florida at the end of cherry season, we came especially for u-pick. Thanks to the owner - Donald!! He was so friendly, we can’t stop talking!! Cherries are so delicious, we enjoyed it while we were on our trip! We will come back for apples!!

There are lots of good peaches,and plums. Today,I made a batch of peach-plum freezer jam. I plan to make some peach butter tomorrow. Oh,and the lady who works at the orchard,whom my husband and I purchased the fruits from yesterday, is very nice.😄😄😄😄👍👍👍👍 I plan to buy more fruits from this orchard in the future.

We stopped for apples & pears- I was really disappointed as they are known for their Asian pears. I bought a bag of the pears for $15 and had one that REALLY wasn’t very sweet or good for that expense. The imports I get from H-mart tasted much better.

I drive from NC to purchase apples every year! If you don't want chemically treated apples, skip the big curb market at the NC/VA line and go here.

The best apples and so many different kinds! Super nice people and we make several trips during the season. Quality is the best! Look forward to getting many boxes every year. It’s a awesome place to visit and see how many different kinds there are. The only place I do business.
