Gardens of Babylon Landscapes - Nashville TN

I’ve now been to Botanical Bingo twice with Gardens of Babylon at Garage Sale Vintage in East Nashville, and it has been such a fun experience every single time. Neil O’Neil brings so much energy, personality, and genuine joy to the event that he somehow makes bingo and plant time the perfect combination. One of my favorite parts is that it really feels like a community event. There’s even been a couple of times where a kid helped call the bingo numbers, which makes the whole night even more fun and memorable. Also, special thanks to “Vanna Black” for helping pass out plants during last night’s bingo session. She understood the assignment. I’ve also attended one of the veggie workshops through Gardens of Babylon, and it’s clear that Neil is not only incredibly knowledgeable about plants, but also just a really personable and welcoming human being. If you ever get the chance, definitely visit Gardens of Babylon at the Nashville Farmers Market on Rosa Parks. Their space is beautiful, they offer classes where you can actually learn something useful, and they host events that are just plain fun. Highly recommend supporting this business. Stopped by Gardens of Babylon at the downtown Nashville Farmers’ Market and picked up a pink princess philodendron and some bamboo stakes to prop up plants at home. The garden center has a variety of indoor houseplants, unique pottery, and thoughtfully curated home goods, perfect spot if you’re looking for something beyond the typical big box store offerings.

It wasn’t a galley kitchen but a galley yard that I asked Gardens of Babylon to remodel. In November ‘25,June Hawkins designed and oversaw a miraculous transformation—from bleak and barren to lush and magical. Thanks to G of B and June Hawkins I now enjoy a secret garden. I am delighted!

Bought a new home with a boring front yard. Called Gardens of Babylon, again as I knew that would exceed my expectations. Max Finkneiner shows up, listens attentively and engages in a discussion then comes back with an amazing plan that reflected our ideas and his knowledge of what works well together, what is ideal for the location and environment. The crew showed up as promised. They crew was pleasant, professional and did not cause any disruption to our daily lives. On a slightly different note, the retail experience at Gardens of Babylon is just as exceptional as the landscaping department. Bought a massive tree for the house. They potted it and delivered (carried upstairs) and it is thriving. Not looking to move anytime soon although I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful space with a wide variety of plants. I've been to a lot of plant stores and I've spoken to quite a few assistants and this experience was by far one of my favorites. They were uniquely informative, encouraging and literally matched me with the right plant for my lifestyle and environment ❤️🪷. Thank you Gardens of Babylon
