Golden Nursery - San Mateo CA

Golden Nursery is my fav nursery for the new plants hunting in San Mateo. They have many unique types of plants you can find here such as herbs, fruit trees, ground covers, perennials, ferns, succulents, house plants, seeds, bulbs, ect. It’s fun that I usually get something interesting as my new plant buddies whenever I came here. Looking forward to visiting here again! 🤩

A friend recommended this nursery for vegetable garden plants. The staff was very professional and helpful. They really knew their stuff. I was able to purchase unique herbs from different cultures, mustard greens and tarragon plants I had been looking to acquire for a long time. They really have a great selection of various plants. I'd almost want to go just to explore!

Their cat let us cuddle him then he climbed into our cart 🛒 for a free ride. Instant 5 stars. Plus lots of healing herbs, fruit trees, flowers, vegetables, soil needs, seeds, succulents, and ground cover.

Great nursery hidden in the corner of a neighborhood! We thought we missed a turn or something. There's a large variety of plants sourced from local growers and other nurseries. Some of the best selection of supplies, too. It's run by a family who really know their stuff. They make great suggestions if you let them know what you're trying to do. We've come here for small and large orders alike and they're very responsive. If it's not in stock, they can usually leverage their network to find what you're looking for. Outside of Highway 92 and the South bay, this is our favorite spot for plant stuff.
